Miner's Mountain Express

A new family coaster at America’s #1 theme park deserves more than a press release. When Silver Dollar City was ready to introduce Miner’s Mountain Express, the announcement needed to feel like the beginning of the ride itself.

The story starts deep in the park’s past with the Marvel Cave Mining Company. Our job was to pick up that thread and carry it forward, bringing an old piece of Silver Dollar City history back to life as the foundation for something completely new.

The announcement film brings viewers into the story before they ever board the ride. It introduces Miner’s Mountain Express, tells the story of the people who built the Ozarks, and shows how visitors can experience that same pioneer spirit.

We also composed and produced an original instrumental theme with its own sense of adventure and anticipation. The music drives the film and gives Silver Dollar City a recognizable piece of branded audio that can live beyond the announcement across social media, marketing, and future content for the ride.

Together, the film and music give Miner’s Mountain Express a world of its own, one built from the history beneath Silver Dollar City and pointed toward whatever is waiting around the next bend.
